At Wildflower Mental Health Therapy, we are expanding and seeking a fully licensed clinician (LPC, LMSW, or equivalent) to join our boutique private practice in downtown Ann Arbor. We also consider applications from Limited Licensed Professional Counselors (LLPC) and Limited Licensed Master Social Workers (LLMSW). We are looking for a grounded, thoughtful, and highly attuned therapist who values depth, authenticity, and a warm relational approach to care. Clinicians may work with children, adolescents, adults, or a combination based on their clinical interests and expertise. This position includes both in-person sessions in our thoughtfully designed Ann Arbor office and telehealth services, with a preference for a hybrid model.
