Mind and Body Wellness takes an integrated approach to mental health, exploring the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to promote overall well-being. Since opening in 2023, they have provided a warm and inviting space for adults, including college students, to receive support for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. They offer in-person therapy in Ann Arbor and virtual sessions throughout Michigan, accepting major insurance plans and private pay.
Reflective Therapy Center focuses on empowering individuals through thoughtful, client-centered therapy. Their team of experienced professionals provides personalized care to address a range of mental health concerns, including stress, trauma, and life transitions. With both in-person and virtual therapy options, Reflective Therapy Center ensures clients receive the support they need in a way that works best for them.
